The purpose of the church is to reflect God's fullness and His sufficiency to the world, to strengthen unity, to build up Christian faith and life and to spread the gospel. This calls for the promotion of reconciliation between those who have had relationships broken; horizontally between human beings, and vertically between humans and God.
